• Deposit Requirements

  • We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot.

  • The deposit is included in the total balance. Balance is to be paid in cash, cashapp, Zelle . If payment page doesn't show please send deposit to Cashapp with username $Wonderbraids2023 and Zelle username $Eliane Nono

  • Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if we cancel your appointment or an error occurs on our end. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be used for a future appointment slot.

• If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, bring it up before you leave the seat! Any concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of installation.

• Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule an appointment, do so from the email confirmation.
    To Cancel please call us on 240-714-2993  24 hours before appointment time.

  • If you are running late, please notify us via a phone call or text message

• No show Appointments

  • No show appointments will be charged full price  of the cost of the service and may not be allowed from booking with us in the future.

PICTURE POLICY

Our African hair braiding shop with a 06 years of experience has picture policies which we will like to let the public know. Wonder Braids Salon understands how important your privacy is to you and we want to insure that you are comfortable and understand that we take pride in protecting your privacy. We take pictures of our clients hair styles to showcase on our social media pages. Clients who would not want a picture of their hair style be taken kindly notify us before service begins.

Your hair must be 4' (inches) long, washed and blown dry straight before service. No oils in your hair.
Styles can not be changed on the day of your appointment. Do not book for a full service if you are getting touch up.
